About Losecriminal Plumbing, a Plumbing Referral Service
Request an estimate
A Referral Service, Plainly Put
Losecriminal Plumbing connects homeowners with independent local plumbing providers. That is the whole job. We are not a plumbing company, and we do not send out workers of our own. The providers in our network run their own businesses and do the work themselves.
Why This Site Exists
When a pipe bursts or a drain backs up, most people have never hired a plumber before. They search in a hurry and hope it works out. We built this site to slow that moment down a little. It explains what is likely happening, why the weather often plays a part, and what to ask before anyone starts work.
How Matching Works
You describe the problem and request an estimate. Your request goes toward a provider in our network who serves your area. Think of it like a front desk at a busy clinic. We point you to the right door, and the provider takes it from there. Availability differs from one provider to the next, so timing is something to ask about directly.
What Providers Are Expected to Do
We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:
- Explaining the problem in plain words
- Giving a written quote before work begins
- Holding the licenses and permits that local rules require for the job
- Answering your questions without pressure
These are expectations, and you should still confirm them yourself. Ask before you approve.
What We Do Not Do
We do not repair pipes, clear drains or fix sewer lines. We do not set prices, and we cannot promise how fast a provider will arrive. We do not decide whether your insurance applies. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider whether they can help document damage for a claim.
How the Service Is Paid For
You do not pay Losecriminal Plumbing to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. Your agreement about the job and the price is between you and the provider. Costs vary widely by job, so always get the quote in writing.
Know Your Season
A frozen line in January, a flooded basement in April and a storm-stressed drain in July are different problems with different fixes. Our guides tie timing to the season so you can spot trouble early and plan work with less stress.
