How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Losecriminal Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Losecriminal Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Losecriminal Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@losecriminal.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
